Kiharu MP Ndindi Nyoro has broken the silence following the removal of the Chairman of the Parliamentary Budget and Expenditure Committee Chairman.

Addressing the public at the Kenyatta International Conference Center (KICC) on Tuesday, March 18, Nyoro focused on his era, acknowledging the challenges that came with the role, especially visiting all parliamentary areas to launch projects funded by the Treasury of Parliamentary Development (CDF).
“It has been severe, has been busy, and I am grateful for the opportunity,” Nyoro said.

When asked why he was changed, Nyoro said he was not given any information.

“I also don't know no one from my union, no matter what position he has ever come to me about the position, what I needed to do better, or change, or what should be done in different ways,” He said, adding that he preferred to refrain from discussing politics.
About his relationship with the President William RutoNyoro said that he respects the head of state and acknowledged his doubts about certain decisions, but maintained his respect for the President.
“I could be dissatisfied with the decisions made, but I don't think it is within my ability to talk about those things, especially in public,” He said.
“You can't continue to be upset and then playing a song is important to draw your line in politics and know the kind of politics you play,” he added.

The MP gave a blessed greeting to his successor, Alego MP Usonga Sam Atandi, noting that the committee claimed full commitment, often at the expense of parliamentary responsibilities.

The MP also expressed his gratitude to the residents of Kiharu for electing him, which opened the way for his leadership position in the Budget Committee.

Nyoro praised his achievements with divine guidance and the support of Kenyans, saying that he turned out to be just because God gave him authority.
In addition, he expressed satisfaction with the certification of primary school teachers to gain permanent and pension semesters, an issue he managed with the help of other members of the committee.

In January 2024, 13 MPs visited his Kiharu parliament to determine better performance, with Nyoro showing how he increased resources while eliminating corruption.
In a widely shared photo, he describes how CDF funds in some areas of Parliament are misused through contractors' contracts and deductions.
