Sha’Carri Richardson has put her rivals on notice, maintaining that she has become even better after the long off season and is ready to dominate the busy 2025 calendar.

World 100m champion Sha’Carri Richardson is gearing up for another gruelling season following her exploits last year at the Paris Olympic Games.

The American, who was favorite to win the 100m in the French capital, came second in the finals dominated by Saint Lucia’s finest Julien Alfred.

Despite the disappointment and missing her objectives of the Olympic gold, the sprinter remains undettered in her pursuit for more success in 2025.

In an Instagram post, the Olympic 100m silver medallist has put her rivals to notice, warning them that they have to be worried about who she is becoming, since there’s more to come from her going forward.

“They better be worried about who I’m becoming, not who I was,” she posted. Perhaps Richardson’s immediate target is  to underline that she’s still the best female sprinter in the world despite the Olympics blip.
