Has Justin Muturi resigned?

On Thursday, March 13, a resignation letter emerged online allegedly by Muturi.

In the letter, Muturi allegedly cited challenges in carrying out his duties as the reason why he resigned.

However, the former Speaker of the National Assembly dismissed the virus letter and said it was fake.

Muturi hit the “fake” brand to dismiss the contents of the letter as false and demanded that Kenyans ignore it.

“Caution of fake news. It has come to me that a fraudulent letter is distributed, claiming that I have resigned from the post of public service minister and the development of people's capital. I make it clear that this letter is fake and should be ignored,” Muturi said.

Although the letter was intended to mislead the public, Muturi said he had volunteered to serve Kenyans as a minister of public service.

“I remain fully committed to serving the Kenyan people in my post as Secretary of the Cabinet, working to strengthen our public service and strengthen human resources. he added.

Why Justin Muturi has been missing cabinet meetings

Another news, Minister Muturi explained why he had been missing cabinet meetings.

Speaking on Citizen television on Wednesday, March 12, Muturi said that he would not attend any cabinet meeting until the issues he had publicly approved as an agenda at one of those meetings.

The minister revealed that he had already informed the President of his decision not to attend the Cabinet meetings.

According to Muturi, he will continue to skip these important meetings until the kidnapping and arbitrary killings are discussed.

Muturi acknowledged the importance of cabinet meetings but explained that he was not ready to participate in a body that failed to address important public issues.

He emphasized that the primary responsibility of the Cabinet as a top decision -making body in the country should focus on solutions to the issues facing citizens.

Why does Muturi's DP party want to leave Kenya first?

At another stage, the Minister of Public Service has initiated his party's withdrawal from the coalition of Kenya first.

On Wednesday, March 12, the party of Democratic Party of Kenya (DP) issued a 30 -day notice to Ruto -led coalition.

In the letter, the party referred to recent political events in the country as a reason to withdraw from the ruling coalition.
