Jane Njeru was healthy, strong, and fluent in English and Swahili until he traveled to Saudi Arabia.

The mother of three headed abroad to look for a better life, not knowing the difficult situation waiting for her in the Gulf.

Njeru wakes up at Saudi Arabia Hospital

He remembered waking up at the hospital, but he couldn't talk, and his left was paralyzed.

He stayed in the hospital for several days before being discharged from a wheelchair.
