Kenyan content creator and influencer Diana Marua has been celebrating her anniversary in grand style as her husband, musician Kevin Bahati, showered her with extravagant gifts.
To mark their eighth anniversary, Bahati went all out, presenting Diana with a series of eight gifts, culminating in a luxurious Ksh45 million Mercedes Benz G-Wagon Brabus.
Overwhelmed with emotion, Diana could not hold back her tears as the surprise unfolded. The high-end vehicle, customised in her preferred shade of pink, was the final and most extravagant gift in Bahati’s well-thought-out series of surprises.
Diana revealed that Bahati planned every detail of the special occasion, from selecting Diana’s outfits to arranging a helicopter ride before unveiling the dream car.
“He chose me! He chose the O outfits without my knowledge, which I love! He bought me the best quality hair, despite his fear of heights, He chose that his Queen rides on a chopper with him, he bought me my dream car; a customized G-Wagon Brabus, He chose to make me Happy! You are enough @BahatiKenya,” she wrote on her Instagram.
Diana cries uncontrollably
In a video on her YouTube channel, expressed her gratitude, reminiscing about the early days of their relationship. She recalled how Bahati had won her over with his humility, despite their contrasting lifestyles at the time. Diana admitted that transitioning from her previous lavish lifestyle to a more modest one with Bahati was initially challenging. However, she emphasized her commitment to their relationship and their shared vision of building a successful life together.
“I don’t know what to say. This man was sent from Heaven for me! To love me, to care for me, to protect me, to show off the Glory of God through me. I knew He was the one for me, the first day we had coffee when he requested me to be his vixen. He was different! He talked to me with soo much humbleness. He showed interest later. I was the lavish, worldly kind of a girl. I told God that I’m leaving everything behind to start with this Man, Bahati. The first two years were crazy. I was used to the high life… Down to, We live by our means. I told God, I found a Man I love Genuinely. Trust me to build an Empire with him,” she declared.
Diana also highlighted the blessings they have received over the years, including their five children, multiple homes, and a fleet of luxury vehicles. She credited their faith and love for each other as the foundation of their success, expressing immense gratitude for the life they have built.
“Months passed by that turned to years. I meant my words, God was ‘surprised’ I know. Today, 8 years later, I’m living a movie. God has blessed us soo much. 5 Beautiful Brilliant kids, and a husband who fears and lives for God. One who stops the world for me, Multiple Houses, Top Range of Cars and a perfect life that is not an inch of what I dreamed about. Today, I’m one of the few owners of a G-Wagon Brabus customised for me by my king Bahati,” Diana added.
