Kericho: Crying the body of a disappeared teacher from school found in the river

Mutai's family opens about the late teacher

Mutai was a teacher at the Testimony School and his unexpected death left a huge gap at the educational institution.

Muti family members expressed deep sadness following the death of the alleged attacked teacher.

“This is our son killed on the way home, we are deeply saddened by his death because he was the firstborn of my brother -in -law. What had they followed? ” Lili Keter, Mutai's relative asked sadly.

Fellow teacher Mutai tells the last times with him

His depressed fellow Mutai narrated the last minute with him before the sad news reached him.

Betwel noted that he met Mutai last Saturday, February 22 as he farewell to him after work.

“It was about 3:30 at night we went back home to continue my activities, the following day on Sunday February 23 I was phoned three phones, I received a phone call and I was informed that there was a teacher we worked with was found in the river,” he said as he hanged his head sadly.

Another resident remembered bitterly to find out about the sad news after hearing screaming and cries.

Josphat Towet said he was awakened by the loud cry after Mutai was found dead in the deep waters of the river.

“As we saw it, it was as if he was not completely absorbed into the water because of water levels. It was as if he was killed,” he said.

Mugenyi resident wants to be enhanced

According to a police report, Mutai's body did not have any marks signifying violence. His body was taken and stored at Kapkatet County Hospital as police continued to investigate the accident, looking for answers about its source.

Kenneth Too, a resident of Mugenyi called on the government to strengthen security in the area, noting that it was not good.

He claimed it was the reason for these cases to happen and the lives of many residents were at risk.

Anonymous body causing congestion in Thika highway

In another story, traffic congestion was interrupted in the highway of Thika After the body was found in the Ruiru River.

The unidentified man's body was seen floating under the bridge near Ruiru on Thika Road opposite Peter's Astro station.

The residents were surprised after the migrant grabbed the body and discovered that it was a man wearing a red sweater, with his hands tied together.
