The boy sadly watched the death of his father who was attacked and killed by people allegedly thieves in Mathare.

When James's father, Michael Omworo Ombui was buried in the village of Kiamoka, Nyaribare Masaba parliament, Kisii County, Sonko accompanied the three -year -old orphan at a sad event.
