The former Gor Mahia striker, currently playing for Qatari side Al Duhail, found the net in his team’s 2-0 victory over Al-Wakrah on Friday at the Abdullah bin Khalifa Stadium.
Following his latest footballing exploits, Olunga took time off to indulge in a different kind of mastery—fine dining.
He visited renowned Japanese celebrity chef Nobu Matsuhisa at his restaurant, Nobu Doha, and later shared the experience on his X (formerly Twitter) account.

His restaurants, under the ‘Nobu’ brand, span multiple countries, offering high-end dining experiences to food enthusiasts worldwide.

On the pitch, Olunga’s goal against Al-Wakrah not only sealed three points for Al Duhail but also saw him reach nine goals for the season, matching his tally from the 2023/24 campaign.
