Devolution Principal Secretary, Teresia Mbaika, makes her remarks during the 2nd Annual Own Source Revenue (OSR) Conference at Safari Park Hotel Nairobi on February, 5th 2025. The PS stated on the main objective is to equip County Governments with the requisite knowledge in resource mobilization for sustainable development. PS call upon all County Officials, including County Executive Committee Member, Chief Officers, Revenue Office Directors, Fiscal Analysts, and County Finance Committees, to implement the resolution from the Conference to enhance revenue collection and fiscal responsibility.
