Nairobi: Embakasi East MP Babu Owino says he was not persuaded to be his former deputy Rigathi Gachagua He committed misconduct to approve his charges.

How MPs conspired against Gachagua
The removal of Gachagua was fueled by 11 charges as listed by Mutuse, who was made to prove everyone in his intention to persuade his colleagues to return the second deputy president at home.

How the Senators voted for charges against Gachagua
In the first indictment, Gachagua was charged with a serious violation of section 10 (2) (a), (b) and (c); 27 (4), 73 (1) (a) and (2) (b); 75 (1) (c), and 129 (2) of the Constitution and Article 147 (1), as read by section 131 (2) (c) and (d) of the Constitution, at least 54 senators voted yes.
