A Kenyan woman has started a fierce debate on TikTok after visiting a church in the country Uganda.
What did Kakande say to sugar mami?
A woman and a young man attended a service at Pastor Samuel Kakande's church.
“Every woman wants me,” the young man, Edison Moseti, told the preacher.
The woman identified herself as Rose Mogire and revealed that the young man was her fiancé.
“He came from Qatar and I came from the United States. We have been living in Nairobi for two months,” he said.
Mogire explained that he paid for his fiancée's plane fare from Qatar because he did not have any money.
“He's had a lot of challenges.”
Kakande then asked Mogire if she is Moseti's sugar mummy.
“Yes, servant of God, because I lost my husband 17 years ago. I have been alone with my children.”
Mogire, aged 50, admitted that he promised the boy a child soon after he started talking to him and fell in love with him.
“The boy is eating your money,” Kakande announced.
He then ordered Mogire to return to the United States without Moseti, and people on the internet commented, writing:
Auntie Khadeejah:
“The courage to take him to church and say everything.”
promise86:
“One thing I like about Kakande is that he speaks the truth directly.”
Rachel Blessings Blessings:
“I will never be a sugar mummy in the name of Jesus.”
