Why do the elders curse MCAs

Another member of the council, Eliud Wafula, issued a stern warning to MCAs allegedly involved in the petition to oust him.

He opposed their commitment to development, saying that focusing on political maneuvering like prosecuting them instead of serving their states would not be tolerated.

Wafula asked those involved in the conspiracy to apologize, while threatening to curse them.

“Natembeya is the one who chose him and if there is a problem, they should take it to our elders so that we can discuss it, but we condemn the issue of wanting to sue him and let it fail, let that matter fail. !We are in a place where elders live and perform traditional things.

If you are MCA and you have failed to develop your ward and now you are looking for money to sue the governor, today we stand in the holy place of the elders and say this: your time is over. Don't say you will continue. And we have given you one week to come to the elders and ask for forgiveness,” Wafula said.
