Omollo expressed surprise at the man's creativity, dismissing any notions that the government would hunt down the man who creates the silhouettes.

However, he saw it positively, questioning how the government could use such technology to great effect.

“But, of course, even creativity, whether we like it or not, shows the opportunities that exist. There is probably a lot that we can do with technology and take attention from some of these people,” Omollo said.

Omollo suggested that the person could look for opportunities to earn income by creating non-ironic sculptures, allowing them to earn a decent income.

“They might even find ways to monetize it in a way that's not ridiculous,” Omollo said.

Did Dennis Itumbi try to slow down the response to cartoons criticizing Ruto?

Separately, Ruto's communications team launched a campaign to respond to harsh cartoons highlighting the failings of his government.

On Wednesday, November 14, Itumbi posted a photo highlighting what Ruto has achieved during his tenure under the hashtag #RutoDelivers.
