Some residents were heard shouting, “We don't want Ruto's speech, we have rejected it,” as they left the stadium.

In the video, other angry Kenyans were heard chanting, “Ruto must go.”

Why did those celebrating mock Moses Kuria?

As previously reported, Ruto's allies continue to receive trouble in the Mt Kenya area following the impeachment of former deputy president Rigathi Gachagua.

Among the leaders of Kenya First who received a hostile reception recently was former Cabinet Secretary for Public Service Moses Kuria.

On Saturday, October 12, Kuria was booed at the SNL Lounge there Githurai 44 during the launch of “MBECA” by Mugithi youth Tony Young.

The accused players created hatred after the organizers invited Kuria on stage to give his speech.

In the online video seen by TUKO.co.ke, the crowd full of charges could be heard mocking Kuria while chanting Gachagua's nickname, Riggy G.

Kuria, who is currently the president's economic adviser, had to interrupt his speech after a determined crowd started chanting anti-Ruto songs.
