How much is Diamond paid to perform?

The artist shared a long video explaining his lack of performance on stage at the Fun festival, which angered fans.

According to Diamond, he waited in his car for hours for his performance, but it never came.

“There was chaos near the stage, and I moved to a different area. The chaos spread in that part too.

Diamond said his manager called the organizers of the event to ask about his time to arrive on stage, but they kept postponing it.

“My supervisors eventually told me I couldn't work because of safety concerns.”

Diamond noted that he would never force himself to perform at the venue

“If you can't get me on stage at the agreed time, I will leave. I respect my craft.”

He denied the claim that he did not want to Willy Paul act in front of him.

“What does it mean? I was a star, meaning other artists performed before me.

I would be a fool to stop another artist from performing in front of me. He made up stories to gain sympathy and create beef. It is nonsense.”

Diamond revealed that he was paid KSh 19.4 million to perform and will not return the money.

“I'm not going to refund you because you broke the contract. It was to perform on the 7th, not the 8th.”
