The newspaper reported on the upcoming Cabinet reshuffle.
Locals at the Nairobi Palace told Taifa Today that the president will be cutting some of the documents and joining others.
Ruto may split the Ministry of Roads and Transport, as he consults a lot about the Ministry of Home Affairs and the National Administration.
Apart from splitting the Roads and Transport document under CS Davis Chirchir, the president is said to be considering abolishing the Ministry of Gender and Culture to fulfill the requirements of the constitution, which states that the Ministries should not be less than 14 or more than 22.
The Ministry of Gender can be included in the Ministry of Public Service while the Department of Culture will be transferred to the Ministry of Tourism.
