- According to Ngunyi, the densely populated area will be politically isolated if it abandons President William Ruto

Nairobi – Political analyst Mutahi Ngunyi has predicted the victory of President William Ruto in the 2027 General Election.
Can William Ruto win 2027 without Mount Kenya?
In his Twitter message on Wednesday, November 27, Ngunyi warned the residents of Mount Kenya against abandoning the government of Ruto for a new coalition before the 2027 elections.
According to the political analyst, the popular area will be isolated for years if they try to oust Ruto.
He claimed the leader of Kenya First Alliance will win the 2027 presidential election even without Mt Kenya polling station.
“Dear Kikuyu: Those who do not agree with my truth can sit on the pin. But those who listen to what I say, you will be ostracized for many years to come. And those who lead you to rebellion are either ignorant or selfish. Ruto will be elected in 2027 without you,” Ngunyi said.
Is there a political agreement between Gachagua and Kalonzo?
His comments come amid reports of a possible political agreement between the former deputy president Rigathi Gachagua and the current opposition leaders.
The Daily Nation newspaper reported that Gachagua, the leader of the Wiper party Kalonzo Musyokaand Democratic Action Party of Kenya (DAP-K) leader Eugene Wamalwa have been holding a series of private meetings.
These figures intend to unite in plotting against President Ruto when he runs for re-election in 2027.
Kalonzo and his allies are said to be planning to leave the Unity Declaration Party to enter a new formation with the former deputy president.
Martha Karua indicates that she will run for the presidency in 2027, intending to remove William Ruto from power: “Because I am not a person”
However, there was a proposal to change the name of Azimio to accommodate the interests of new political players in the country.
