Video shared by Plug TV it captured the moment when Kindiki and his bodyguards ran to reach the Parliament gate before the President William Ruto.
Ruto was expected to deliver a State of the Nation address in Parliament on Thursday, November 21.
Why did Kindiki run to the Parliament gate?
As expected, his deputy should have arrived before him and welcomed him when he arrived.
Kindiki arrived in front of him, due to his speed. He happily took the president to the parliament gate, bowing as a sign of respect.

What did William Ruto say about Adani?
In separate news, Ruto ordered the cancellation of all ongoing operations with Indian multinational Adani Group.
Addressing MPs, President Ruto emphasized his commitment to transparency and accountability.
He instructed the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Energy and Petroleum to immediately stop the cooperation.
In the controversial agreement, the Indian company was supposed to build and operate the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) for 30 years.
The President explained that he was guided by the principles of transparency and accountability outlined in Article 10 of the Constitution.
