Why was a man arrested in parliament?

Security had been strengthened in the parliament, due to the preparation of protest against the government planned to be organized during the President's speech on Thursday, November 21.

Following the raid on the building and part of it being set on fire during the June protests, security agencies were on high alert.

A video circulating online shows leaders and high-ranking military officers walking into parliament ahead of Ruto's arrival.

As the number of people entering the parliament decreased, a relative was seen enlarging the buildings while being excited.
