Poisonous – A horrific accident occurred on the Kisumu-Kakamega Road near the Iguhu Yala Bridge on Wednesday evening, November 13, resulting in the deaths of 10 people.
The accident occurred when a truck heading to Kakamega lost direction and crashed three two for 14 passengers.
The impact of the accident caused many casualties, while several others suffered serious injuries.
Emergency personnel rushed the injured to Mbale District Hospital and Kakamega Referral Hospital for immediate treatment.
The tragic event has left the community in shock, with families mourning the loss of their loved ones, and others still hoping for recovery for those hospitalized.
