Jasper Murume has set the record straight about relationship his wife Tabitha Gatwiri, who was found dead at her home on October 31.

The comedian turned producer of entertainment was among mourners who attended Gatwiri's memorial at the Blue Springs Hotel on Monday, November 11.
Addressing the mourners, Murume said the news about Gatwiri's death was like a dream to him.
“I feel like if you ever wake up and then find that you were having a bad dream, you start saying that you can't because Gatwiri has decided to separate us. We had a lot of plans, we planned to work together.”
He revealed that he met Gatwiri in 2018 and they dated for a while before parting amicably. She denied that they were dating when she died.
“He was my lover. Now I'm married and I have a child. After we broke up, it wasn't the same anymore, but we continued to work together as professionals,” he said.
He talked about their last meeting, revealing that they drove to Isiolo to support a fellow entertainer who had an event there.
“We had long and deep conversations during the trip. We had a strong working relationship, and I had set boundaries that you wouldn't want your ex to cross. There was a love-hate relationship, but we were great colleagues,” he said. he said.
