The recently sworn in Deputy President Kithur Kindiki shared a light event with President William Ruto during a photo session at the International Conference Center (KICC).

While they were taking pictures, the president signaled to his new deputy by elbowing him and telling him to smile for the camera.

“Smile,” the president said as the crowd laughed happily.

Kindiki then smiled and they both returned to the space and posed for a photo while smiling.
