He was dismissed after 56 senators found him guilty of five charges filed by the Kibwezi Member of Parliament West Many insult him.

He also said that he is ready to defend his case since the 11 offenses were only 'evil', claiming to be the President Ruto he only used him to win the election.

“I was ready to be questioned, 11 mistakes are nothing more than bad things, it was a political game by the president to get rid of me, I don't think the president had the intention to work with me, I think he just needed to. win the election… I know, a judge sitting in Kirinyaga and in the Milimani Law courts gave conservative orders to stop the activities of the Senate, which means that I am the deputy president,” he said.

What did Gachagua say about his sudden illness?

Although he admits to still feeling weak, he believes that he can cope with the discomfort at home.

Gachagua claims that President William Ruto intended to harm him due to the state of his illness and the treatment he received from the government while in hospital.

He mentioned two instances in which he survived two assassination attempts allegedly made by government officials.

He also explained that his condition could have endangered his life if he was delayed in seeking treatment for even 20 minutes.
