Fear spread among the residents of Kitale, county of Trans Nzoia after rescuing the snakes and finding supplies in the medicine man's house.
A Facebook video shared by journalist, Collins Shityabayi, showed excited and concerned residents who could not take their eyes off the scene, but very few of them were willing to move closer to the things strewn on the ground.

Among the things found in the house are horns, leather buckets, baskets with cow hides, natural baskets full of other materials, small huts with red roofs and small ones with everything even doors.
There were also mountains of paper arranged in boxes, statues of elders, red objects and traditional baskets filled with traditional beads.
Among those things there was also a white sack with three large buffets (puff adders) with beautiful white and blue drawings.
The residents were heard arguing whether the snakes were alive or not, and finally decided to take them to the authorities.
