“It was very bad, the 12th of February was very bad for me. I mourned Kiptum for 15 minutes. I was in training with my guys. I was preparing four of them. One of my guys had a motorcycle, and he said to me, 'hey, you know Kiptum is dead.' What happened? 'He was with his coach last night when it happened.' I was surprised. I went to shower and took my phone, I was in a big surprise. As soon as I picked up my phone, instead of really mourning someone, other things started to hit me that I was the one who killed him. I watched when he died at 11, and at midnight, the conversation had started.
