Why did the matatu driver slap the woman?
A fellow passenger recorded the incident, which shows the two arguing violently over KSh 10.
“These are KSh 10, and I'm not giving them to you,” the woman said.
An angry matatu driver asked him to send, but he refused.
“You will not show yourself here,” he said.
Then the matatu driver informed him that he was an employee and he had to pay and slapped the female passenger several times who screamed in pain and shock.

He then accused her of abusing her and asked her to get out of his car.
The dispute drew a crowd of spectators. However, the woman could not shake despite being hit by the driver.
