Nyamira: 5 Family Members Died in Unexplained Ways Within 1 Month

A family in Nyamira county has called on the government to intervene to help them after five of their relatives died in mysterious circumstances
The family is worried that they are being haunted by unknown people who plan to wipe them all out
The latest victims include 67-year-old Jane Nyaboke and her two daughters, whose bodies were found dumped in different bushes.

Citizen Digital reported that five members of the family died within a month, while one was allegedly killed a few months ago.

67-year-old Jane Nyaboke and her one daughter are the latest victims after their bodies were found stuffed in different bushes in the county.

Moturi, a relative of the family said:

“I went to the mortuary and confirmed that my mother and sister were dead. Two of my cousins' children and one child had also died before in mysterious ways.”

The deaths have fueled panic amid concerns that unknown men may be targeting the family.

Nyaboke and one of his daughters, Edna, left home to do urgent things but did not return as they expected.

When the family started searching for the two, they were again met with shocking news that the woman's other daughter, Lorna Kerubo, had also disappeared.

Fred, a relative of the family, said:

“Mum and Edna left home on Monday to visit our grandmother but never arrived. On Tuesday, Lorna left to do her daily routine only to be reported missing.”
