Citizen Digital reported that he allegedly killed his brother in Malivini village, Makindu, after a disagreement over unknown reasons.

The local chief Rosemary Kathuku revealed that the family had returned from the mortuary, where they looked at the body of their deceased brother.
During the funeral preparations, tension arose between the two brothers, and the situation turned violent.
Witnesses of the incident noted that a heated argument led to violence and caused the suspect to allegedly attack his brother with a sword.
The reason for the attack is still unknown.
