According to a post by the Missing Child Foundation, it was learned that the girl left her home in Nyandiwa, Siaya County on August 27, 2024, and never returned.

“Marvel was last seen wearing a short-sleeved black dress and cream and white crocs. She is a student at Rangala Secondary School,” said part of the post.

The girl's disappearance was reported at the Siaya Police Station.
