The Deputy President's wife, Dorcas Rigathi, in a video circulating on social media, spoke boldly claiming that efforts to remove her husband will not succeed.

He explained that Gachagua's position was confirmed by prayer at the altar, and anyone prayed at the altar can only be removed through the altar.

“Many of you call him Riggy G, others call him an honest man. He is the Deputy President of the Republic of Kenya. Some people have trouble accepting that. He was prayed for at the altar. A person prayed for at the altar can only be removed through the altar,” Dorcas declared.
