A man in Nakuru was detained by the police after he was caught driving a car belonging to a woman Mombasa who was recently reported missing.
How did the woman get lost on the way to Samburu?
According to the Facebook page of Sikika Road Safety, the female driver and her car have been missing since September 25.
The woman disappeared after taking passengers who asked her for a ride to Samburu and Diani.
Sikika Road Safety reported that the woman agreed to take the passengers from Mombasa to Samburu and back to Diani.
It has now been revealed that the car was in the hands of a relative and still had its original numbers.
“Here is the car, and we have found it Nakuru and the male suspect. DCI and the National Police Service, please give us answers about the woman from this man. Thank you Kenyans for your unity. Always remember, when we come together, great things happen,” read the post.

The taxi driver says he was stopped before the kidnapping MCA
In another case, the taxi driver who was carrying MCA wa Wajir Yusuf Ahmed has explained how things happened on that sad day.
Peter Wambua told reporters on Tuesday, September 17, that at least five armed men stopped his car before pulling the MCA out of the taxi.
