A doctor is in hiding after allegedly defrauding his client of KSh 630,000 by deceiving him that he will get double money.

The suspect, identified as Omar Jefeero, was believed to have persuaded Kayuna to pay the amount in three installments, promising that he would help him generate the amount.

The Mwebantu report states that Kayuna, aged 35, sought Jefeero's services, hoping to increase his wealth.

However, when things went wrong, he became suspicious and tried to find Jefeero, but he found that he was not there.

According to the police spokesperson, Rae Hamoonga, the situation made Kayuna take the information to the police.

“Police officers visited Jefeero's residence, where they discovered strange things, including an old dead goat, a headless chicken, and a small grave containing a rotting goat,” Hamoonga said in a statement.

A police spokesperson confirmed that no one was at the residence when they arrived, prompting officers to force their way into the home.

Inside, they discovered various magical items stored in the luggage, counterfeit notes worth $700 dollars United Statesand K2,500 fake Zambian Kwatcha.

“Both bedrooms were found with altars,” Hamoonga added, saying that investigations are ongoing.

After discovering this, the police are following closely to arrest Jefeero and any accomplices involved in the fraud.
