Grace Willison, mother of the late Teresia, could not hide her tears as she narrated how her daughter died.
He had difficulty raising his eyes, and his grief was evident as he mourned for the little girl.
When did the police carry out the brutality?
Willison explained that she is a mother of six children, and Teresia was the revealer of her pregnancy.
“On the day she died, she came home saying she had found some clothes for the occasion. She was taking the dress to a technician to be measured. She went twice for measurements before returning home.
“We heard noise and commotion outside, and he asked if we could go outside to check. We went. I opened the gate and saw people marching and throwing stones near the police station. The chaotic scene forced us to enter the house immediately,” said Willison while talking to Ayo TV.
Not long after, Willison said, angry police opened fire to disperse the protesters in the area.
Teresia's last words before she died
The woman from Tanzania said she was in the living room when her fourth grade daughter was in the bedroom.
“My daughter came into the living room and said, 'Mom,' and she fell to the floor. Police bullets had penetrated the windows of her room and hit her. She was shot in the chest and back. I could see blood on the floor. That was the last time I saw my daughter alive. ,” Willison cried.
The grieving mother said she had high hopes for her dead daughter, who was still in school.
She hoped she would get an education and support the family, but the little girl died along with her dreams.
