Adero was going about his business when he received a call from his home to inform him about the body of Charles Odero in the mortuary.

“I received a phone call that my son had died and he was lying in the mortuary at the Mother Lucy Kibaki hospital,” The Nation quoted him as saying.

However, even when he met his son's dead body, there were more and more questions about the circumstances of his death.

The angry father seemed to question why the body would be placed in the morgue, but he had been there before and could not find it.

“I've been here five times since the 30th, asking questions. Why couldn't they have told me earlier that the person I was looking for was here the whole time? Why keep me in the dark?” he put.

Before discovering his son's body, the grieving father said that it was not fair that many parents were suffering searching for their children after the terrible protests.

He called on the relevant authorities to let them know if their children have died so that they can continue, questioning the government's commitment to find them.
