KerichoKenya: One passenger he miraculously survived the accident road accident in Muhoroni-Londiani despite the death of fellow travelers.

The man has been identified as a respected church leader and dedicated guardian of the Christian Association (CU) at Nyagoko School.

A close friend described the survivor, Daniel Osieko, as a man of great faith who had a history of inspiring others through his spiritual leadership.

Dennis Onam, a fellow teacher and lay Anglican reader, shared his surprise and gratitude about the event.

In a heartfelt Facebook message, Onam revealed that their friendship began when they were both teachers employed by the Boards of Governors at Sinyolo Girls and Huma Girls, respectively.

The two educators forged the bond during the joint examinations conducted by COHOST (an acronym for Chulaimbo, Ojola, Huma, Sinyolo, Obambo, and Tieng're schools).

Onam recounted how Osieko visited her home many times as a guest speaker in their church, even bringing his wife.

Osieko has also delivered sermons to students at Nyagoko School, where he has served as a Christian Union Patron and Counseling Teacher for several years.

His leadership and spiritual guidance have left a lasting impact on many in the church and school community.

Reflecting on the accident, Onam expressed his amazement at Osieko's survival, describing it as a powerful display of God's love and mercy.

“I see the love of God when my friend survives in the front seat when even the driver did not. This is God! I will serve the God of the Absent,” he urged.
