An unknown number of people are feared dead after the company's bus BUSCAR overturning the Matsangoni area on the Kilifi-Malindi highway on Saturday, August 31.

The bus was heading to Malindi when it started skidding after a tire burst on the highway and overturned.
According to Bahari FM, 15 passengers injured in the accident were rushed to the Teaching and Referral Hospital of Kilifi.
Photos shared on social media reveal the severity of the accident, with the bus on the road surrounded by a large crowd of people.
The crowd that had gathered seemed saddened to see the accident.

This is happening following the incident where one person died in a fatal road accident that happened in the Kajiunduthi area along the Meru-Nairobi highway.
The accident involved two trucks and a private car on a busy highway.
According to witnesses, the accident occurred when a truck and a private car, both traveling in the same direction, collided with another truck that was transporting milk and coming from the opposite direction.
The impact of the collision resulted in the instant death of one person at the scene. Several others sustained injuries, while the drivers of both trucks sustained serious injuries and were rushed to the Chogoria Mission Hospital for immediate treatment.
The accident caused heavy traffic on the highway as emergency services worked to remove the wreckage and help the injured.
