Chaos was witnessed near the institution as donors complained that teachers have not been paid salaries for two months.
What caused the conflict at Moi University?
During the protest outside the institute, there was a scuffle as one man demanded his glasses from the police.
He questioned how police officers asked him to walk, possibly referring to his vision-related issues.
The man insisted that the officers must hand over the glasses even if the police officer hanging from the police car answered him.
As the car drove away, he jumped in, vowing to make sure he got his specimens.
“If someone wants to kill me, kill me, but give me my glasses, how do you expect me to walk, give me my glasses, give me my glasses, and tell me where I wore them, we are going. and your car,” the man shouted.
