Why should men pay dowry?
In his intense sermon, the preacher strongly rebuked those who avoid paying a dowry, insisting that a woman could only be considered a legitimate wife after the dowry paid.
Addressing his believers, Ng'ang'a did not burn him, criticizing men living with women without having to achieve formal marriage.
“You have a wife and you have not paid for a dowry, you are a liar. Don't call your wife; you are the only person who lives with you. Ng'ang'a said.

What did Pastor Ng'ang'a said to Milka Moraa?
In another news, Pastor Ng'ang'a faced a great deal of criticism by refusing to help Milka Moraa, the mother of two, who went to her asking for help.
Moraa had asked for help after her house in Mukua Njenga closed due to tax debt.
However, the preacher ignored him and advised him to go to the police to ask for help.
After the incident, a police officer known for his aid, Sammy Ondimu, intervened and helped Moraa get a job in one place in Nairobi and also enable him to find a home through a government -based program.
