The two met a few weeks back and decided to cooperate politically for the purpose of the 2027 vote.
However, Morara proposes his system of political value and ideology is not related to Gachagua, who suggested that he is still stuck in the former political style.
Morara, who has identified himself along with a number of young people that has been pushing for a change of administration, saw that the former deputy president was still doing business using a tribal card in his political cunning, saying it was not in line with the current population.

Gachagua appeared to suggest that Mount Kenya, which brings together three communities identified as Gema (Gikuyu, Embu and Meru) has the right to be the center of national authority at the expense of other regions.
