What did Phanice Kerubo's husband?
Alex Omweri sought a response and called on the relevant government authorities to intervene so that his late wife and baby in the womb could get justice.
“All I want is to know the truth because the doctors did not serve my wife. I want to understand how all this started and what caused her death,” he claimed.
Omweri insisted on knowing what had happened at the hospital that eventually cost his wife's life.
Kisii County Governor Simba Arati assured the family that his administration would do everything possible to expose the death of the 27 -year -old.
“I have said that we will deal with this case and get the root of the matter to determine what caused his death,” he said.
How did Phanice Kerubo die?
Kerubo was admitted to the clinic on Monday night, March 17, with pain in childbirth.
Despite her pain, the nurses are said to have left her without anyone, saying her delivery had not yet arrived.
He worked all night and the next day, crying for help, but allegedly, no doctor came to help him.
Sadly, Kerubo and his unborn baby died. It is alleged that the nurses and doctors present fled the clinic after discovering that he had died and left his body without care.
