The school, which has only two pit latrines, has been given a 14 -day notice to address the matter will be temporarily closed.
Concerned parents and other stakeholders have been called to an emergency meeting at the VAUTSA primary school to discuss the right approach before the completion of the deadlines mentioned.
When sought to find a response, Shinyalu MP Fred Ikana, who is also the guardian of the National Assembly Treasury (NG-CDF) refused to discuss the issue.
His silence has fueled a growing confusion among parents and local leaders who believe that the government has ignored their misery.
MCA of Isukha East Talks
In an exclusive interview with TUKO.co.ke, MCA of Isukha East County Bernard Shitiavai, the famous Ben Kelly, criticized the situation, saying it did not support the school's closure.
He criticized the national government for failing to ensure the proper use of the money allocated for the school's development.
“The ZAUTSA primary school is under the national government, and the NG-CDF board had approved KSh 10 million for the purchase of land, the construction of 16 modern toilets (eight girls and eight boys), classrooms and a new administrative building. However, the money was not calculated,” Ben Kelly told TUKO.co.ke.

Allegations of misconduct and imbalance in Basari allocation
Ben Kelly also raised concerns about allegations of money laundering in the Sinyalu parliament, citing Buraza's unjust allocation in different wards.
“The entire Ward of Isukha East received only KSh 526,000, while only one Isukha Central school, Lugala Secondary School, received KSh 1.2 million.
Although local residents have tried everything to get a local MP to explain the issue, he has continued to intensify his silence.
While the school is in danger of being closed and money allegedly misused, parents and stakeholders are expected to comment at an emergency meeting organized at the school.
Many claim transparency and urgent solutions to prevent their children from having access to education.
As the 14 -day deadlines are approaching, all eyes remain in authority to see if the necessary steps will be taken or if the Vutsa Primary School will be another victim of poor management and abandonment.
