Why does the DP party withdraw from Kenya first?

In a letter written on Wednesday, March 12, DP issued a 30 -day notice to withdraw from the ruling coalition of the President William Ruto.

In the notice, DP party secretary general Jacob Haji said it had been difficult for the Muturi party to continue to be part of Kenya first Due to political development in the country.

“Please note that our stay in the Union of Kenya first can no longer last due to existing political development.

The Democratic Party of Kenya, through this letter, issues thirty (30) days to withdraw from the Union as outlined in section (8) of the termination of the Union Agreement. The notice will come into effect from the date of this letter, ” Haji said in a letter that TUKO.co.ke read.

The Minister of Public Service has been criticizing the first Kenyan government Alliance, which he is part of it.

For example, Muturi expressed his concern about the Community Health Authority (SHA).

Responding to a report by Auditor General Nancy Gathungu, Muturi confidently revealed that he warned of the KSh 104 billion SHA system, but his advice was ignored by the government.

Reports indicated that the President could upset at least four members of the Cabinet and replaced by Raila's allies.

Among those who are likely to be dismissed are Minister Justin Muturi and his colleagues, Eric Muriithi Muuga (Water, Sanitation and Irrigation) and Rebecca Miano (Tourism and Wildlife).

The head of state is also likely to dismiss the chief secretaries depending on the side of former deputy president Rigathi Gachagua.

Why Khalwale defended Justin Muturi

Meanwhile, Senator Boni Khalwale vehemently defended the Secretary of the Cabinet of Public Service.

Ruto's closest allies demanded that Muturi resign following his constant criticism against the first Kenyan regime Alliance.

However, Khalwale warned the President against dismissing the former Speaker of the National Assembly.
