An investigation into the death of Gilbert Kinyua, a patient allegedly killed in a Kenyatta national hospital, has been stuck after the suspect was discharged.

Why was Gilbert Kinyua's murder suspect canceled?
The situation is a barrier to the Kinyua family, which was expected to find answers about how their family was killed in the hospital field.
According to Citizen television, the suspect was canceled after the DNA test results returned to a negative, thus showing no connection to the crime.
Blood samples from the criminal area, the murder weapon and the co -worker of the Kinyua were sent for DNA examination, but they were not found.

The family has expressed frustration for injustice or response a month after the murder of their relatives.
They say the information provided by the Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) has been unsatisfactory, thus leaving them discouraged.
“We haven't received any rights from DCI. We are not satisfied, ” Kinyua's wife Susan Wanjiku said bitterly.
The hospital's CCTV cameras, which were expected to capture events, were not working on the day Kinyua was brutally murdered.
The main leader in the case is a blood kitchen knife found thrown out of the ward window 7b, where Kinyua was lying.
His wife Kinyua said the hospital leadership had informed them that they would receive more calls and instructions.
When they contacted the hospital for an update, they were told there was still no feedback from DCI.
What circumstances surround the death of Kinyua?
The recent incidents in the Kinyua case took place shortly after National Health Committee Chairman Robert Pukose to address concerns about the nature of his death.

Pukose said that Kinyua was first admitted to St. Mary's in Lang'ata before being transferred to KNH, where she was admitted to a special ward of nerve diseases.
The chairman added that Kinyua showed signs of a rare illness that affects all his organs, including hands and feet, thus making him unable to move himself independently.
His health condition made him fully dependent on regular care and needed to be fed through the crocodile.
Pukose confirmed that Kinyua had begun to show signs of improvement before his unexpected death.
The chairman noted that the day before the death of Kinyua, he was reported to be a stable, and the nightmares took over without looking at any health issues. The nurses examined her at 9 o'clock, at midnight and at 3am, and they did not discover any defects.
However, at 12:00 am on Friday, February 7, the nurses found the Kinyua face with a bleeding paper. When they exposed him, they realized his throat had been cut.
His body was later transferred to a mortuary in the same hospital.
