Does ODM have a formal partnership with Kenya first?

In the post, Sifuna emphasized the delegation of Deputy President Kithure Kindiki in which he called on the national unity, stating that the opposition and the governments had not entered into a formal cooperation agreement.

Kindiki, while addressing a meeting in Kilifi, congratulated President William Ruto for choosing to eliminate his differences with ODM leader Raila Odinga And instead work together in a broad layout.

The deputy president however explained that the alliance lasted for a short time and would be completed in preparation for the next general election.

Sifuna quoted Kindiki's comments, bringing confusion among his audience on X's social network.

“I agree with Kindiki. My account is not overlooked and I am not saying this forced,” He said.

What did the tweet of Sifuna mean?

The Senator's brief message was handled in various translations; Some people read it as Sifuna approves the Kindiki remarks about a broader government.

However, he explained to this post that his tweet spoke to the political party's views to retain their individuality when the elections were coming, and therefore not supporting the government.

“I meant everyone would return to their parties when the time came,” He said briefly.

Sifuna has had a strong voice against a broader government from the beginning.

How was a government with a broad foundation born?

The approval of the President for a broader government was due to a public revolt that had opposed the taxation and negligence in the government.
