Tusker Fc have the opportunity to move to the top of the league should they beat Shabana.
Football Kenya Federation Premier League side Tusker FC will look to regain top spot in the league standings when they settle scores with Shabana at Kenyatta Stadium, Machakos on Wednesday.
The Brewers who are second on the log with 39 points from 21 matches, will hope to return to winning ways after enduring three consecutive draws in as many fixtures.

The 13-time champions have shared spoils with KCB, Police, and Gor Mahia, sides that make top four currently, without conceding and keeping clean sheets respectively.
Ryan Ogam will once again lead Tusker’s attack and the all-action forward will hope to add to his tally of 15 goals this season in his quest to win the Golden Boot award.
Tusker have won once in their last three meetings with Shabana, making Wednesday’s pulsating encounter the prefect opportunity to write off the wrongs.
Shabana are not pushovers either. The Gusii side who have acquired the giant killers tag, have become a tough nut to crash since they gained promotion to the top tier a few seasons ago.
A win will enable the ‘glamour boys’ to move from ninth to seventh position in the 18-team league. Tusker will top the standings by one point should they secure victory, relegating leaders Police to second place.
Shabana are often called ‘glamour boys’ due to their stylish playing style, attractive kits, and perceived image of sophistication, often associated with a more affluent fan base in their home city of Kisii, giving them a reputation for a ‘flashy’ aesthetic on and off the pitch.
Elsewhere, Ruaraka-based KCB will hope to beat Mathare United in order to move into third position and relegate defending champions Gor Mahia to fourth place.
The bankers have been boosted by the acquisition of Kenya under-20 midfield prodigy Tyron Kariuki. The creative midfielder has joined KCB on a permanent deal, signing a two-year contract with the Patrick Odhiambo-coached side after more than a month long trials.
Kariuki once attracted interest from Spanish club Nastic Academy and Croatian side HNK Hajduk Split but the moves failed to materialise.
KCB have blown hot and cold in their last five matches; winning twice, losing as many games and drawing once as their title hopes dwindle. Despite their inconsistency, KCB are favorites against 12-placed Mathare United who have won just once in five matches.
With the league past the halfway mark, banking points will be crucial for teams to achieve the season targets.
