Great Claims against Ruto

Gachagua, who had served as Ruto's deputy before their dispute, claimed that Ruto had long expressed anger at Koome, accusing him of refusing to be harassed.

According to Gachagua, Ruto repeatedly complained about Koome's independence, even blaming him for failing to 'manage' him as a native of Mount Kenya.

“President William Ruto plotted a long time ago to remove Judge Martha Koome as Chief Justice and President of the Supreme Court for refusing to interfere. How the President wants and I told him that it is impossible, ” He claimed.

Gachagua referred to Koome as a fierce follower of law and constitutional adherence, praising his praise and integrity.

However, he claimed that Ruto's plans to remove him were delayed until Gachagua was dismissed in office.
