Nairobi – Retired President Uhuru Kenyatta has joined other leaders to mourn the chairman of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Fula chebikati.
Chebikati died on Thursday evening, February 20, after suffering an unnamed illness. He passed away at the age of 63.
In his condolences, Uhuru praised the deceased as a brave officer who faced the challenge to simplify the requirements of the Kenyan election process.
The former national leader also prayed for Chebikati's family peace and tranquility during this difficult time.
