Nairobi – The case facing John Kiama Wave, a 29 -year -old carpenter, allegedly killing his wife and cutting his body has taken a new stream.

Waves told the court that he was forced by police to sign a document to admit the offenses.
The teenager was arrested in connection with the horrific murder of Joy Fridah Munani, his 19 -year -old wife, at their home on Huruma Estate, Nairobi.
The authorities claimed that he killed Munani, cut off his body, and put some of his remains in a bag trying to run.
Following his arrest, he was detained for 21 days with detectives collecting evidence.
Why does John Kiama ask for court assistance?
In front of Military Judge Carolyne Nyaguthie on Monday, February 19, Wajua denied he had confessed the offense.
The 29 -year -old man insisted that officers at the Huruma Police Station forced him to sign the information.

Why will the Warrior remain in the corridor?
However, as the investigation is underway, the prosecution is awaiting the decision of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Renson Ingonga on whether he will officially accuse the Warrine of the murder.

During a court session on Monday, the detective asked 14 days to continue detaining the suspect, stating that the case was presented to the DPP office for review on February 13.
“Sir, the investigation is complete, and we submitted the file to the DPP office on February 13. We ask for two more weeks to hold the suspect as we await their review,” the official said.
Nyaguthie accepted the request and decided that the suspect would remain 14 more days with the DPP making a decision.

Despite the amazing disclosure, the Warrior remained calm and led the officers to his one -room residence, where the body's organs were hidden under the bed.
Inside his room, the spies found a kitchen knife believed to be a murder weapon, as well as the victim's clothes.
