‘No more babies for him’

Manchester City legend Sergio Aguero is facing pressure from fans to live up to his promise of cutting off testicles if his ex-team lost to Real Madrid following Los Blancos’ win.

Manchester City legend Sergio Aguero has been left red-faced after his bold promise that he would cut off his testicles if his former club lost to Real Madrid fell flat.

Ahead of the UEFA Champions League playoff between Pep Guardiola’s men and the Spanish giants on Tuesday, Aguero, who spent 10 trophy-laden years at City, was so sure of a win for the Premier League champions that he made the bold promise.

“Real Madrid cannot beat Man City. If they beat City, I will cut off my testicles,” Aguero told the Som I Serem FCB Podcast as per the Dailymail.

However, things did not go according to plan as City, who went ahead after 19 minutes through Erling Haaland’s strike, lost the match in dramatic fashion.

Cristiano Ronaldo is still breaking scoring records at 40 but there are a number of unusual routines that he has embraced to ensure he remains on top of his game.

Kylian Mbappe drew Madrid level in the 60th minute but City restored their lead when Haaland converted a penalty 10 minutes from time, only for Brahim Diaz to bring the Los Blancos level again six minutes later, before Carlo Ancelotti’s men stole it in time added on through Jude Bellingham.

It must have been an agonising night for Aguero, who also played for Madrid’s bitter rivals Barcelona and Atletico Madrid, but after the match, fans dared him to live up to his earlier promise.

“The world is waiting, get cutting,” one fan told the former Argentina striker.

“Don’t be unfortunate and a man of dishonor so cut them off mate! Integrity is key,” said another one.

“Have balls to cut your testicles? Do it,” another one told Aguero.

“If you love your kid, swear on your kid. Do it on stream. Else don’t ever talk about our club,” another supporter told Aguero.

“Cut them and put them on a plate G,” another one told Aguero.

“Mate, you got something to cut now, hopefully it is not too painful.”

“I guess his kids aren’t having any more siblings,” was the hilarious observation of another fan.

“I hope you already got a child coz no babies for you after tonight,” Aguero was further told.

That was not the only bet that Aguero lost on the City and Madrid game as he had also wagered $10,000 on just two goals being scored in the first half but it went up in smoke when only Haaland’s strike separated the two sides at halftime.

Safe to say Aguero, who retired from football following a heart problem in 2021, is not good at betting and is better off trying his luck on something else.
