What happened in Taita Hills Resort?
Speaking to reporters in a video of Tiktok Shared by Trendzmototv, Nixon Nyambu admitted that the General Manager, Sanjeev Kumar, was conducting his daily inspection of the customers, and then he realized that the fruits had different flavors.
In anger, Sanjeev dropped a fruit tray and reprimanded Nyambu.
However, Nyambu said that although the situation worsened, he understood his manager's anger as customers should always receive quality services.

Employees defend the manager
Another employee of Taita Hills Resort also defended their manager, saying he was the best of the coast.
He denied allegations of racism and humiliation, explaining that those who left the center did so at their own discretion or for not managing work.
“The video had no sound; if it had, people would understand what happened that day,” He said.
